Hi, I’m Lee Gaban—a UX Design Lead with nearly a decade of experience designing thoughtful, user-centered digital products. I’m passionate about creating intuitive experiences that simplify complexity, drive real impact, and strike the right balance between user needs and business goals.

I’ve worked across a variety of industries, including fintech, SaaS, and education, and I thrive in collaborative environments where I can turn ambiguity into clarity. Whether it’s launching a new feature or evolving a product ecosystem, I bring structure, empathy, and systems thinking to every challenge.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about building things—both digitally and physically. I'm designing board games in my spare time, love experimenting with smoked BBQ and cooking, and staying active by playing badminton or pickleball a few times a week.

I’m also always up for exploring new places. Traveling fuels my curiosity and gives me new perspectives on design, culture, and connection. I believe creativity thrives when life is well-rounded, and I bring that energy into everything I do.
